It's a reasonably priced traditional hotel for a long stay. Marvellous and amazing location, in downtown. And right by Eaton Centre, and subway station close at hand.

The location here is fantastic, just a short distance from the suite.

Excellent location close to shopping and streetcar/subway. Building was well secured. Small kitchen to save money on eating out. Sleeping for 8. Nice pool area (on 2nd floor)though spa was not warm. Complimentary wet bar/snacks on arrival was nice. We faced a quiet street on the back of the building.
Not an actual hotel but a condo in a residential highrise. Parking had to be paid in cash upfront which we weren't prepared for. Very minimal kitchen utensils....i.e. no bake ware at all. More like a short-term rental for business travel than a family hotel destination. Small "pull out sofas" were fold- down couches and would not work for 2 adults. Not what I would call "luxury" but more like "very nice". Sleeps up to 8 but only dining seating for 4.

Got the same nicely furnished and big size room with washroom booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that. All the staff was welcoming, fixed my issues.
Although everything was good, some of the staff were very rude.

Central location within walking distance of shopping and attractions- felt very safe even at night. Great to have the flexibility to eat in or out depending on mood. Kitchen was well kitted out to have a home from home. There was a lovely welcome hamper with some basic provisions and a few nice snacks in the apartment when we arrived - this was great to tide us over until we got to the shops for more food. Three tvs in apartment, so all requests could be catered for! The apartment was very quiet and we rarely saw or heard other building occupants.
Had a few hiccups with the remote for the car park-could have been explained better at check-in. Difficult to get in touch with people to sort out issues-have to leave a phone message, but they are slow to return call.

Stayed at Canada Suites On Bay for a conference with friends. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had electric fireplaces already running. Clear instructions, great wifi, and TVs that worked well. Loved the complementary spa products in the bathrooms. Grocery store and Tim Horton's nearby. a great place to stay.
Can recommend this hotel.

Great value...excellent location...wonderful accomodations...friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again!
There were 6 in our party....but only 4 dining room chairs. We needed 2 more chairs and phoned the number as per the contract, but it took 2 days for the chairs to arrive. We did the same for an extra rollaway bed and it took a day and a half for the bed to arrive.

The unit was clean, well-equipped, and centrally located. the staff was friendly and helpful. Having security in the building gave a sense of safety. the extra room and pull-out couch were great for a family of five. the location was convenient near the subway and with a good selection of restaurants nearby. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a washer/dryer and access to a pool and workout room. a great place to stay for any tourist.
Felt very relaxed, nothing to complain about.

Location in the city center, but there are plenty other hotels at that price with full staff and amenities in the area.
Excessive price for what is provided. False advertising, they say there's pool, sauna etc., but all those were closed. This is basically a highrise with private condos, and canada suites rents out some of them. They make you sign a detailed contract, in which you agree to pay excessive sums for lost/damaged objects... i.e. $10.00 for an aluminium spoon, or $20.00 for a plain (mismatched) glass. On the top of that the contract lists objects that were not in our condo like champaine glasses etc.!! Beware that you have 24 hrs to inspect the whole place and email canada suites all damages you find or contract says you'll have to pay for them. On the top of everything else they charge your credit card full price as soon as you book the room with them, not at check out or even check in..... then also extra $500.00 cdn refundable deposit on arrival. There is no maid service, unless you personally make arrangements with cleaning service CS reccomends and pay for the cleaning lady (didnt use it so dont know the prices).

I like the fact that it's a condo so you feel as though your're at your own place as oppose to a hotel where there is no fridge or stove. They also took our request to be on the highest floor and rooms side by side into consideration. Pool area was nice. Security is friendly. Good location, not far from entertainment district but not in the middle of the commotion. Would recommend for rich people who plan on staying for more than a weekend.
I don't really think it's a hotel, so it should not be on Booked.net, you only get a few towels and thats it for your entire stay, there is no housekeeping so you must be sure to clean up after yourself. I dont like the fact that in addition to already paying for the hotel you have to still give a $500 security depoist. Also sofa beds are not that of a double, so 2 skinny people can fit comfortably or if you put them together 3 people can fit comfortably. Garage is hard to open, had to hold it for like 15seconds :s

Convenient location, close to transportation and amenities. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Great view of the city.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the dated appearance of the apartment and the limited kitchen supplies, overall we had a positive experience. The convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the apartment made up for any shortcomings.

was convenient
Beds were inadequate. My main issue was that I was required to sign an absolutley appalling contract and leave a security deposit not mentioned on the site. I then had to sign a credit card slip for the whole price of my stay even though I have paid in advance, and the representative of the owner got me out of bed late at night to sign another bit of the form. I had no time to check the very long inventory of contents.
